Qualifications

• Consulting or corporate analytics experience across pay equity, compensation, workforce, HR, or people analytics.
• Strong data visualization and dashboarding skills using Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain methods to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate large, complex datasets to identify workforce, reward, and talent patterns.
• Lead analytics engagements from problem definition to model development and interpretation.
• Translate quantitative outputs into practical HR and organizational recommendations.
• Define data strategy, framework, and outputs balancing technical depth and commercial feasibility.
• Develop client proposals addressing compensation fairness and people analytics.
