Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics; postgraduate analytics training is beneficial.
• Experience with statistical methods and analytical techniques (regression, hypothesis testing, segmentation, trend analysis).
• Hands-on work with large HR/compensation datasets using Python/R/SQL or similar tools for data manipulation and QA.
• Significant experience in consulting or corporate analytics, multi-country contexts in pay equity, compensation or people analytics.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI and ability to translate insights for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate large datasets to identify workforce, reward and talent patterns and potential pay equity issues.
• Lead analytics engagements from problem definition to model development and interpretation across pay equity, workforce planning and predictive analytics.
• Synthesize outputs into narratives and practical recommendations for HR and executives.
• Define data strategy and modelling approach balancing technical depth with business feasibility.
• Understand client requirements around compensation fairness and rewards to craft compelling proposals.
