The role focuses on value-driven cost management across IM portfolios and NPDs, delivering strategic cost initiatives and digital tool governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing with cross-technology knowledge.
• 5+ years should-cost modeling experience.
• Understanding of activity-based costing for procured materials.
• Broad knowledge of biotech, pharma, chemical, or packaging processes.
• Strong negotiation and data-driven cost analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost engineering centre of excellence and strategy.
• Collaborate with IM SCM Category Leads on value engineering.
• Develop cost structures across IM SC categories.
• Project lead for cost engineering initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams on strategic cost plans.
• Plan and develop competitive market engagement strategies.
• Construct should-cost benchmarks for commodities.
• Analyze product specs to create global cost benchmarks.
• Oversee cost engineering digital tools and data assets.
• Lead training and onboarding of CE resources.
