Leonardo SpA in Tessera (VE) is seeking an Addetto/A Qualità to ensure quality checks on all incoming goods and coordinate supplier quality activities on-site. The role requires technical engineering exposure or relevant high school plus QA experience, and teamwork with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

The position offers a permanent contract, on-site work, and a competitive package including the 13th-month salary, performance bonus, and welfare vouchers.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or a high school diploma with at least 2 years of quality control experience.
• Good knowledge of English (B1/B2).
• Ability to work in a team and be proactive.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality checks on incoming goods against defined standards per sampling plan to approve materials or define corrective actions.
• Carry out verification activities at suppliers' premises to ensure contract specifications are met.
• Define prevention plans based on supplier quality performance to prevent non-conformities.
• Translate identified issues into cost of non-quality to fund prevention activities.
• Lead improvement actions at supplier sites through collaboration.
• Identify priorities for external suppliers and define audit calendars with supplier quality.

Mission:

Ensure the quality check incoming goods

Activities:

• Perform quality control vs defined standards on incoming goods, according to defined sampling plan in order to consent material use or define preliminary corrective actions


• Perform verification activities at suppliers' premises to ensure compliance with the contract specifications


• Define a prevention plan based on supplier quality performances and how much critical is the material


• Convert identified issues in cost of non quality to self-finance prevention activities


• Perform improving actions at supplier sites through collaboration activities


• Work into Supplier table team and lead the first containment action based on Non-conformity notification using Leonardo Supplier Portal


• Identify the priorities for External Suppliers and in collaboration with supplier quality define audit calendar and supplier improvement plan

Requirements:

• Engineering Degree (Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical) or High school with at minimun 2 years of experience in quality control department


• Good knowledge of English (B1/B2)


• Ability to work in a team


• Knowledge of SAP (not mandatory)
