Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Customer Care Intern to join our Legnano (MI) team. You will support customer inquiries by phone and email, assist with orders, literature requests, and data entry after training.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook, and ability to communicate in Italian and English. You'll work in a multicultural environment and gain hands-on experience in ERP LN/SAP and order processing.

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to write and communicate verbally in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer care needs, resolving issues and providing information.
• Provide literature and product data sheets and other materials as required.
• Maintain customer information in the ERP LN/SAP and enter orders daily; confirm price & delivery.
• Monitor progress of material manufacture to meet delivery dates.
• Assist in managing orders with Scheduler and Production Department.
• Maintain filing system for day-to-day documentation and receipts.
