TMC is seeking an Electronic Engineer for a project in the Defense sector. The role focuses on developing control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink, modeling dynamic systems, and implementing software with integration and testing as part of a cross‑functional team.

The position is on-site in Italy, with a permanent contract and a gross annual salary starting from €35,000, aligned with CCNL Commercio – Terziario. The company supports skills development and profits participation.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles within structured environments.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink.
• Good knowledge of programming in C/C++.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Development of control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Modeling and simulation of dynamic systems.
• Software implementation, integration, and testing.
• Support for verification and validation activities.

What we expect from you

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract, and the offered gross annual salary (RAL) will not be less than €35,000, in accordance with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio – Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to proposing a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct participation component in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget for skills development of €4,000 net annually, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
