TMC is seeking a Project/System Engineer for a challenging aeronautical project in Novara. You will design and manage complex hydraulic and electrohydraulic systems throughout the development cycle, working with internal teams, clients and suppliers.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience and readiness for travel. A permanent contract and a strong compensation package are offered.

• Master's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience of more than 2 years in a similar role.
• Knowledge of design principles is essential.
• Aeronautical regulations knowledge is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T, CAD software, and simulation tools is helpful.
• Willingness for short business trips.

About this vacancy

The resource will be responsible for the design and management of complex aeronautical systems (hydraulic, electrohydraulic), following the entire development cycle: from requirement definition and architecture to qualification, testing, and production support, interacting with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent contract and the base gross annual salary (RAL) provided will not be less than €32,000, in line with the provisions of the CCNL Commercio - Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, evaluating the candidate's experiences, skills, and qualifications, may propose a final RAL higher than the level indicated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a component of direct participation in project profits (profit sharing), an individual budget of €4,000 net annually for skill development, and an annual welfare credit. Further details will be provided during the selection process, adhering to company policies in effect.
