Job summary

Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking an Electricity & Automation (E&A) and Digital Manager to lead the site’s E&A and digital strategy, ensuring safe, reliable operation of production assets while developing a high-performing technical team.

You will drive automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives, deliver capital investments, and ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Digital or Industrial Engineering in manufacturing.
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, contractors and external partners.
Experience delivering capital investment projects from design through commissioning.
Experience driving automation, digitalization or operational excellence initiatives.
Exposure to TPM, maintenance management, asset reliability and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the site's E&A and Digital function for safe, reliable operation of production assets.
Define and execute the E&A/digital strategy in line with Nestlé standards and local regulations.
Deliver capital investments that support business growth and operational excellence.
Provide coaching and technical direction to professionals and contractors.
Drive continuous improvement and asset reliability across the factory.
