  • Track labour requirements and resource allocation and maintain accurate productivity and progress records.
  • Lead, mentor and support project teams, supervisors and foremen, promoting accountability and effective site execution.
  • Work closely with foremen to ensure that the required materials, equipment, technical information and resources are available to execute works safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and key project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on progress, priorities and project objectives.
  • Attend and contribute to project, construction, planning, coordination and progress meetings.
  • Review project documentation, site records and foremen reports, ensuring that issues and outstanding actions are identified and closed out promptly.
  • Monitor project quality requirements and ensure that construction activities are delivered to the required technical and workmanship standards.
  • Uphold the highest health and safety standards through the implementation and monitoring of project procedures.
  • Drive the resolution of construction, coordination and programme issues that could affect project delivery.
  • Support the project through installation, completion, commissioning and final handover.
  • Ensure effective close‑out of outstanding works, documentation and project issues prior to completion.
