Alstom è alla ricerca di un Site EHS Manager per garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e conforme in sito a Sesto San Giovanni. La figura coordinerà l'implementazione delle politiche EHS, svilupperà piani di emergenza e monitorerà i rischi associati alle attività produttive, inclusa la gestione dei subappaltatori.

Il candidato ideale ha 5–8 anni di esperienza in EHS, conoscenze ISO 14001/45001 e una buona padronanza dei requisiti locali. È preferita esperienza nel settore ferroviario.

Competenze

• Esperienza professionale tra 5 e 8 anni nel sito.
• Almeno 3 anni in Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza.
• Conoscenza approfondita ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO45001.
• Buona conoscenza dei requisiti locali.
• Esperienza in siti di produzione o centri regionali.
• Esperienza nel settore ferroviario è un plus.

Mansioni

• Supportare la Direzione del sito nel raggiungimento dei risultati EHS.
• Guidare l'implementazione della politica EHS in campo secondo linee guida interne.
• Condurre valutazioni del rischio e definire misure di controllo.
• Preparare piani di emergenza a livello di sito.
• Gestire i rapporti con subappaltatori in materia EHS.
• Guidare lo sviluppo e l'aggiornamento del Sistema EHS del sito.
• Monitorare la conformità normativa e documentare le attività.

Responsabilities:

• Support Site Management in achieving EHS results
  • Drive the implementation of EHS policy on the field according to the Alstom/Region/Country-Cluster guidelines and targets, and the improvement of EHS results in the site.
  • Advice, help, coach, support operational management in the EHS actions implementation to reach Alstom EHS objectives. Prepare the local yearly EHS plan consistent with Alstom Transport strategy and objectives. Mobilize and coordinate with others to meet those objectives and deploy the plan. Monitor the right deployment of the plan.
  • Ensure EHS Risk Assessment is done & appropriate measures to control risks are defined for the Site.
  • Prepare, implement and maintain emergency plans at Site level.
  • Make sure activities of sub-contractors are under control with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operational areas.
  • Has full authority and must stop any operational activity resulting in a immediate high risk to People or the Environment.
• Lead the EHS function in the site
  • Monitor, assist, coach, assess, develop the functions and operational teams in the site
  • Conduct induction programs for new comers.
  • Involve social and medical partners and communicate with them about EHS
• Develop Site EHS Management System
  • Develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools applicable to the Site specific for EHS Management System in line with Transport& Country/Cluster EHS Management System
  • Ensure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (AZDP, TOP_E, Transport Key processes) are deployed at Site level.
  • Support EHS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and make sure they are aligned with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO45001).
• EHS Compliance
  • Monitor compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual and company requirements & propose actions to correct any gap
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation of the Site.
  • Monitor historical pollution & associated risks
• Develop EHS culture in the site
  • Influence the site EHS performance : facilitate change and EHS continuous improvement
  • Support the site EHS communication plan in line with EHS rules
  • Prepare and implement an EHS training plan and program with the support from HR

Requirements:

• Professional experience between 5 and 8 years (depending on the size of the Site).
• Experience of almost 3 years in Environment, Health & Safety
• Highly recommended experience in manufacturing sites or Regional Centers
• Good knowledge and understanding of ISO14001, OHSAS 18001,ISO45001
• Deep knowledge of local legal requirements.
• Experience in railway is a plus
