Element Solutions Inc. is seeking a safety professional to join our Italy-based team in Trecate to advance safety and environmental practices across Company activities.

Reporting to the Safety and Environment Manager, you will develop the safety program, lead regulatory compliance efforts (Seveso, REACH, CLP), and collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain. The role offers a competitive base salary starting from €45,000 per year, health benefits, and a welfare plan.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Environmental Science, or related field).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a Seveso establishment.
• Strong knowledge of chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, and related legislation).

Mansioni

• Monitor and interpret national and international chemical regulations.
• Review SDS and ensure classification and labeling.
• Support regulatory obligations and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to major accident risk assessments and preventive measures.
• Provide regulatory support to R&D, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain and update the Safety Management System per Legislative Decree 105/2015.
• Liaise with authorities and support inspections and training.
