Centro di Formazione Srl is seeking Educational Support Staff to join our Monza campuses. You will assist teaching teams, support after-school activities, and help with daily routines to foster children’s development in a bilingual, inclusive environment.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours (2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.) for the 2027/2028 school year, with a gross annual salary of €19,500–€20,000. An ANINSEI CCNL Level 4 Area II applies. Remuneration based on skills and experience.

Educational Support Staff – School Activities (Jolly)

We are looking for Educational Support Staff to join our teams at our Monza (MB) campuses. Successful candidates will support the education and teaching teams in their daily activities and contribute to children’s and students’ development towards independence, critical thinking and openness to the world, within a bilingual, inclusive and international educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the education and teaching teams in daily school activities.
• Assist educators and teachers during educational and learning activities.
• Collaborate in the organisation and management of additional activities, such as after-school programmes, workshops and interdisciplinary projects.
• Provide cover for staff absences and support substitute teaching activities across the different school campuses.
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating educational environment for children and students.
• Support students during daily school routines and group activities.
• Actively participate in professional development, pedagogical discussions and ongoing training promoted by the school.

Requirements

• A degree or ongoing university studies in Education Sciences, Pedagogy or a related discipline.
• Genuine interest in education and the school environment.
• Previous experience or a strong aptitude for working with children and young people.
• Flexibility, adaptability and good organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

Employment Terms and Compensation

• Salary commensurate with the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience (indicative gross annual salary: €19,500–€20,000 for full-time employment).
