Job summary

Arsenalia Group is seeking an HR Cost Controller to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting across the organization. You will collaborate with People and Culture and Administration to ensure consistent assumptions and high-quality inputs for the company.

Responsibilities include monitoring HR costs, headcount, and benefits, aligning HR cost data across entities, and building dashboards to aid leadership decisions. Strong Excel skills and English at B2+ are required.

01 How you’ll make a difference

• Coordinate with the People and Culture team, Administration teams and other stakeholders during budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring a shared methodology, consistent assumptions and high-quality input across the company.
• Monitor HR costs, including headcount, personnel cost and benefits, through actual-vs-budget analysis.
• Monitor foreign entities and maintain alignment on HR cost data, planning assumptions and reporting practices across the organization.
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions to support accurate and timely decision-making.
• Build and maintain HR cost reporting and dashboards.
• Support cost analysis by FTE, department/function and variance drivers.
• Lead the HR Board planning tool project, enabling common actuals collection and personnel cost planning.

02 What we’re looking for

• Experience in HR cost controlling, HR planning, budgeting, forecasting or management control activities.
• Strong ability to work with HR cost data, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely reporting.
• Knowledge of personnel cost dynamics, headcount planning, benefits and compensation-related processes.
• Ability to build reports, dashboards and analyses to support Group-level decision-making.
• Analytical mindset, precision and the ability to identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with HR managers and different stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Excel and HR planning/reporting tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, suitable for working in an international context.

The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €35,000 to €50,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
