QVC Italy is seeking a Digital Store E-Commerce Personalization Specialist to lead personalization and UX optimization across web and app. You will drive end-to-end personalization ownership, coordinate strategy and tests with cross-functional teams, and support voucher campaigns via the Uniqodo platform to boost retention and conversions.

You will work in a hybrid setup with offices in Brugherio (MB), requiring several in-person days monthly.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
3–5 years of experience in digital, multichannel or e‑commerce personalization.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
Strong CRO, UX, and personalization knowledge.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret key digital KPIs.
Familiar with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau and Excel.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced digital environment.
Italian native and fluent English.

Mansioni

End-to-End Personalization Ownership: lead strategy, implementation and quality control across digital stores.
Coordinate strategy and tests with Digital Store, Content, and A/B teams locally and internationally.
Scale tests and Uniqodo voucher promotions for onsite campaigns.
Design personalization for Homepage, Category pages and the App to drive sales.
Deliver content tailored to customer segments across platforms.
Analyze weekly test results and provide revenue-driving insights.
Mentor team members and improve processes and strategies.
