QVC Italy seeks a Digital Store E-commerce Supervisor to drive the growth of its digital channels across the website and app. You will coordinate the Traders and Assistants teams, oversee daily performance, and work with Merchandising, Marketing, Social and Content teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

The role is hybrid, based in Brugherio (MB), with several office days per month, and a full-time permanent contract.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields required.
• Minimum 5 years in a digital environment (multi-channel) and eCommerce trading experience.
• Experience managing people in international environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital KPIs (Conversion Rate, Session/Bounce Rate, CTR).
• Proficient with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau and similar tools.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the digital commercial strategy to maximize sales and performance across eCommerce platforms.
• Coordinate the Digital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team and manage daily activities and priorities.
• Oversee daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring promotional balance and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Social and Digital Content to develop campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze performance, customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Share best practices with local and international stakeholders to accelerate digital business.
