QVC Italy seeks a seasoned Digital Store E-Commerce Supervisor to drive the digital commercial strategy and growth of online channels. You will lead the Traders and Assistants, manage daily activities, and optimize performance across the website and app in a hybrid work setup from Brugherio (MB).

The role requires 5+ years in a digital environment, strong leadership, and expertise in KPIs and analytics tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related field.
• Min 5 years in a digital environment (multi-channel) with online sales/retail.
• Experience managing people in international environments and strong leadership.

• TheDigital Store E-Commerce Supervisorsupports QVC Italy and drives the growth of digital channels through the implementation of effective commercial strategies coordinating theTraders & Assistantsteam and optimizing the digital performance of eCommerce platforms (website and app).

Where You'll Work

• This is a hybrid role and requires attendance at our offices in Brugherio (MB) several days per month (office days are predetermined and standardized across the company).
• This is a full time – permanent contract.

What You'll Do

• Support in defining and leading thedigital commercial strategyto maximize sales and performance across eCommerce platforms.
• Coordinating theDigital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team, ensuring effective management of daily activities, priorities, and capability development.
• Overseeing the daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring commercial freshness, the right promotional balance, and a strong focus on the customer experience.
• Collaborating withMerchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Contentto develop campaigns, commercial themes, and promotions aligned with business goals.
• Analyzing performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, new commercial concepts, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Sharing best practices and results with local and international stakeholders, fostering alignment, innovation, and acceleration of the digital business.
• Helping drive the long-term expansion of the online channel through the development of new commercial opportunities and a stronger omnichannel strategy.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree inEconomics, Marketing or related fields.
• Solid experience of at least5 years in a digital environment(ideally multi-channel), online sales, retail/merchandising, and eCommerce trading.
• Previous experience managing people and structured teams in international environments.
• Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional/cross-market collaboration skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with excellent knowledge of key digital KPIs (Conversion Rate, Session/Bounce Rate, CTR, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of the main digital and traditional tools for performance analysis, conversion optimization, and testing (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, Excel, SimilarWeb, Contentsquare, Bazaarvoice, etc.)
• Native Italian and fluent English.
