Job summary

Koonei is seeking a data-driven Creative Lab Lead who writes hooks, scripts the hooks, briefs editors, and relies on post-launch data to decide what dies and what scales. You’ll own angle research across reviews, forums, and competitor ads to craft language before any design file is created.

You will map a testing roadmap for paid social on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Meta, and monitor metrics like thumb-stop rate, CPA, and CPA-driven scaling decisions.

Qualifications

• Owned creative on a DTC/ecommerce account with real spend.
• Ability to prove impact via CPA and scale.
• Excellent written English; one word choice can change engagement.

Responsibilities

• Research angles from reviews, forums and competitor ads to craft language before design files exist.
• Write hooks and scripts for paid social: TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Meta; map to awareness stages.
• Brief editors with clear, repeatable briefs that can execute in one pass.
• Define the testing roadmap: what goes live, what is killed, what scales, and why.
• Analyze post-launch data: thumb-stop rate, hold rate, view duration, CTR, CPA and inform next tests.
