Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Driveline System Analysis and Method Engineer in Modena, Italy, with hybrid work mode. You will lead system analyses, design optimization, and simulations for driveline components, supporting manufacturability and testing from design through validation.

The role requires 3+ years in transmission design, CREO CAD skills, and proficiency in KISSsoft/KISSys, Amesim, Matlab, and FEA software, plus strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Master/PhD in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in transmission design and simulation.
• Good level of English, written and oral.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD systems (CREO).
• Proficient with office tools.
• Experience with simulation software: KISSsoft/KISSys, Matlab and Amesim.

Responsibilities

• Take part in technical feasibility studies and concept design of mechanical transmission components.
• Collaborate with design and testing teams throughout development and support simulation efforts.
• Analyze field data for new transmission load spectrum definitions.
• Ensure compliance with in-house design standards and methods.
