Job summary

CNH Industrial Group (CNH Industrial) is seeking a Driveline & Fluid Power Test Engineer to design, direct and document complex driveline tests, including mechanical, electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems. You will lead test programs leveraging global assets and ensure safety and quality in development.

Responsibilities include planning and conducting tests in labs and fields, developing procedures, and coordinating with Design, Materials and Manufacturing teams to validate design criteria

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
Technical University Graduation in Mech Engineering or similar.
Two or more years with transmissions gears/axles/gearbox lubrications components.
Hands-on mechanical skills and strong analytical abilities.
Experience with data acquisition systems and test instrumentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, set up and run driveline component and vehicle system tests.
Write and upgrade test procedures based on data and specs.
Determine required test instrumentation and data acquisition.
Lead lab staff and ensure proper installation and operation of test equipment.
Analyze data, identify trends, and document formal test reports.
