SMX is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the U.S. Army CI Command’s IT infrastructure with hardware maintenance, diagnostics, and Tier II service. This full-time onsite role focuses on hardware, AD/Office 365, and network readiness to sustain operations.

You will work at multiple sites, perform inventory, install and relocate equipment, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements while coordinating with the ACI HQ and field offices. A Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI poly is required.

Competenze

• Must hold TS/SCI clearance with CI poly willingness.
• Six years in IT support or related field.
• Security+ CE per DoD 8140.
• U.S. Passport and driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Perform hardware maintenance and diagnostics.
• Manage warranties and inventory for assets.
• Install, relocate hardware and perform network admin tasks.
• Provide Tier II support for desktop imaging and Office 365.
• On-site support for HQ and field offices during duty hours.
