Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) in Italy is seeking a Distrigo Zone Manager to drive commercial targets for the Distrigo Hub within the Turin or Milan area, ensuring strong sell-in and sell-out performance.

You will organize regular meetings with Hub managers, monitor the territory’s demand and KPIs, negotiate product sell-in, support operational marketing actions, and align sell-in with sell-out plans while preventing aged stock.

Competenze

5-8 years of sales experience or stronger in analysis
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Good knowledge of English language
Energy, determination and ability to work under pressure
Customer-focused with market/territory orientation

Mansioni

Organize regular meetings with the Distrigo Hub managers
Monitor monthly evolution of the territory’s business: demand, competitors, etc.
Analyze Hub KPIs: sell-out by channel, stock, profitability
Drive the Annual General Commercial Policy for the Hub
Support Hub in planning and executing sell-out actions to maximize hub performance
Ensure consistency between sell-in and sell-out plans and manage aged stock
Negotiate product sell-in with the Hub (mix, policy, sell-in/out actions)
Drive Sell Out Channel Authorized & Independent Repair & B2B
Monitor Quality KPI and field force/Call Center activity
Collaborate with Hub on operational marketing actions
Identify Hub needs in organization, processes, and training
