JD Logistics is establishing its core transportationDispatch desk in Milan, Italy, to run a 24/7 operation that optimizes every vehicle movement from day one. You will lead dispatch and routing teams across real-time scheduling, carrier coordination, and bottleneck resolution.

The role requires hands-on mastery of TMS, GPS tracking, and routing software, with strong English and Italian communication, and willingness to rotate shifts including nights.

Competenze

• Greenfield launch experience in a fast-paced transport control/tower or dispatch desk.

Mansioni

• Lead the 24/7 transport dispatch and routing operation in Milan.
• Direct dispatch team and routing analysts for real-time scheduling.
• Coordinate carrier departures/arrivals and resolve bottlenecks across the network.
• Establish escalation paths for transit disruptions and maintain SLA goals.
