The British School Group in Montesacro, Rome is seeking an experienced Director of Studies to lead our teaching staff on a full-time basis. You will oversee academic operations, ensure high standards of instruction, and foster excellent student and client relations.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in the EFL sector, CELTA or equivalent, native English, and a strong business sense to promote courses and contribute to school growth.

Competenze

• CELTA or equivalent is mandatory.
• Proven experience as Director of Studies or similar academic leadership role.
• Native English speaker with at least B2 level Italian.
• Strong leadership, people management and conflict-resolution skills.

The British School Group is now seeking an experienced Director of Studies to lead our school in Montesacro on a full-time basis. His/Her primary focus will be the effective management of our teaching staff and the optimization of student and client relations.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate is an academic leader with a proven track record in team management and customer care within the EFL sector. Exceptional interpersonal skills required for motivating the team and ensuring high student satisfaction. Additionally, he/she demonstrates a strong commercial acumen and can recognize opportunities to drive student retention, promote our courses, and support the school's growth.

Requirements

• Minimum CELTA qualification (or equivalent) is strictly mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Director of Studies or in a similar academic leadership role
• Native English speaker with at least a B2 level of Italian
• Strong leadership, people management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset with a business-oriented aptitude for client retention.

The offer includes a regular full-time permanent contract (CCNL ANINSEI) and paid holidays .
