Oxford School in Lombardy seeks an English Teacher to deliver diverse courses for young learners and adults, including on-site client company sessions and school programs. The role requires CELTA/DELTA/TEFL or equivalent and the ability to teach across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates bring experience with varied age groups, strong planning, and collaborative approach with the Academic Coordination Team to maintain high teaching standards and a positive learning environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an English Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group English language courses for young people and adults.
• Deliver individual and group English language courses at client companies.
• Deliver group English language courses in schools.
• Plan and prepare lessons according to students’ learning objectives and needs.
• Monitor students’ progress and adapt teaching methodologies to different learning needs.
• Collaborate with the Academic Coordination Team and teaching staff to ensure high-quality teaching standards.
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements

• Native English speaker or certified English proficiency at a minimum C1 level according to the CEFR.
• Applications from candidates who are fully bilingual in Italian and English will also be positively considered.
• English language teaching qualification (CELTA, DELTA, TEFL or equivalent).
• Previous experience, even if limited, teaching English to children, young people and adults.
• Availability to teach at different locations.
• Full driving licence and access to a car.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
