Your Role

Are you a passionate ELT professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a driven and dynamic Service Manager to lead our educational team and ensure students receive an outstanding learning experience from start to finish.

In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for the academic success, satisfaction, and engagement of our students, while managing and motivating a high-performing service team.

What You’ll Do
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of teachers and didactic staff
  • Deliver and uphold academic quality by implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
  • Teach classes in line with the Wall Street English Method
  • Drive internal revenue growth through high-quality service and student retention
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department to ensure a seamless learning journey
Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and leadership to the table:

  • Native-level or bilingual English speaker
  • University degree holder
  • CELTA or equivalent ELT certification
  • 2+ years of teaching experience (WSE experience a plus)
  • Excellent command of Italian (spoken and written)
  • Experience in team management, with a background in sales or customer service also considered an asset
