Oxford School in Lombardy seeks an English Teacher to deliver diverse courses for young learners and adults, including on-site client company sessions and school programs. The role requires CELTA/DELTA/TEFL or equivalent and the ability to teach across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates bring experience with varied age groups, strong planning, and collaborative approach with the Academic Coordination Team to maintain high teaching standards and a positive learning environment.

Competenze

• Native English speaker or certified at CEFR C1 or higher.
• CELTA, DELTA, TEFL or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching English to children, youth and adults.
• Willingness to teach at different locations.
• Full driving license and access to a car.

Mansioni

• Deliver individual and group English language courses for young people and adults.
• Deliver English language courses at client companies.
• Deliver group English language courses in schools.
• Plan and prepare lessons according to students’ objectives and needs.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching methods to learners.
• Collaborate with Academic Coordination Team and staff to maintain high standards.
• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
