Fairygodboss is seeking a strong leader for the management of team resources and delivery of exceptional service to clients. The role emphasizes building effective relationships and leading a team of Associates to ensure excellent operation management.

Key responsibilities include supervising payroll services, managing internal relationships, and driving process improvements. A degree and extensive experience in operations management are crucial.

Fluency in both English and Italian is required for effective communication at all levels.

• Lead and manage Associates regarding training, coaching, and development.

• Drive service, process, operational and product improvements.
• Ensure service level agreements between ADP and clients are achieved.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement solutions to address client issues.
