JD Logistics is building a new reverse processing and returns operation in the Milan region. You will lead a greenfield setup for item grading, refurbishment workflows, and liquidation vendor management, driving rapid processing and cost-effective recovery.

The role requires strong WMS experience, high inventory proficiency, and fluency in English and Italian to manage local teams and partners. Mandarin knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

• Verified background in establishing, launching, or managing a high-volume reverse logistics/returns operation.
• Strong experience with complex warehouse and inventory systems.
• Fluency in English and Italian; Mandarin is valued.
• Adaptability to expanding national infrastructure launches.

Mansioni

• Design and implement the returns processing layout and grading workflows for the new operation.
• Oversee returns intake, grading, and WMS reintegration; manage refurbishment and liquidation vendors.
• Lead end-to-end reverse logistics with fast cycle times and high recovery yields.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and business regulations for waste and liquidation.
