UPS Italy seeks a seasoned program manager to lead the development, implementation, and governance of external service providers within the country, ensuring service quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. You will be the primary liaison between UPS and vendors, guiding procurement, contract administration, and future business opportunities.

You’ll supervise the OSPSG team, optimize costs, and ensure compliance across agreements and invoices.

Competenze

• 8–10 years in a management role.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience managing external service providers and OSPSG team.
• Willingness to travel and relocate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to innovate and adapt to market changes.
• Knowledge of freight operations and transport regulations.
• Experience overseeing contracts, invoicing, and audits.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.

Mansioni

• Manage OSP negotiations to secure favorable terms and performance
• Oversee compensation model design, approvals, and implementation
• Control OSP costs via forecasts, reporting, deviation analysis, and accrual oversight
• Ensure legal compliance, contract updates, monthly invoicing, and internal audits
