Job summary

Polti S.p.A., a leading designer and manufacturer of steam appliances, seeks an E-Commerce Director to lead its E-Commerce Department at its Bulgarograsso HQ (Como, Italy).

The role covers strategy, growth across Amazon, marketplaces, and DTC channels, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales to achieve sales and profitability targets while expanding in strategic regions identified by the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Amazon, Marketplace, and DTC channels.
• Excellent command of English and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility across Amazon, marketplaces, and DTC channels.
• Lead negotiations of contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Define promotional activities and ensure efficient sales operations across Amazon and marketplaces, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
• Work with Supply Chain to define forecasts, inventory requirements, and sales projections.
• Partner with Marketing, Communication, and Social Media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Ensure the e-commerce website is user-friendly and visually appealing.
• Lead and develop the team responsible for Amazon, Marketplace, and DTC sales activities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
