Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology seeks an EMEA Field Product Specialist based in Pomezia, Italy, to drive adoption of NP and connect clinical strategies with AF treatment.

You will collaborate with marketing, R&D and clinical teams to ensure clinically meaningful messaging and evidence generation for NP usage across EMEA.

The role focuses on building relationships with clinicians, KOLs and field teams to maximize product uptake and patient impact.

Qualifications

• EMEA field product specialist experience or capability in medical device or healthcare technology.
• Ability to engage Key Opinion Leaders and clinical stakeholders across EMEA.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical, R&D).

Establish relationship with NP users and Key Opinion Leaders across EMEA to link NP usage with the newest clinical strategies, especially for AF treatment. Work together with Clinical department to ensure a good clinical and scientific impact of NP based on current KOL usage of system and catheters.Enhance effective penetration and adoption of new technologiesWork closely to Marketing (EMEA, NPM, Global Marketing) and R&D to support smooth introduction of new technologies. Support WW Clinical Marketing team in identifying critical-to-success clinical claims, and work on clinical claim validation.
