STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to support our Client Services, Engineering and Operations across EMEA, based in Milan, Italy. You will partner with senior leaders to shape organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and leadership development in a technically complex, multi-site environment.

You will spend meaningful time with leaders and teams, translating business priorities into practical people plans, while working with local HR, Finance and Legal to

Competenze

• Significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner, People Partner or HR leader supporting operations/technical functions.
• Proven track record partnering with executive/leadership teams.
• Experience in complex, multi-site environments across Europe.
• Strong organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning experience.
• Experience coaching senior leaders and improving leadership effectiveness.
• Ability to use data and analytics to inform people decisions.

• Act as senior People & Culture partner to executive leadership, advising on organisational and people matters.
• Translate priorities into practical people plans and lead strategic workforce planning.
• Advise on organisational design, spans of control, and role clarity for multiple markets.
• Develop leadership capability through coaching, development planning and interventions.
• Lead succession planning for critical operational roles and nurture employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations with local HR Ops and Legal to ensure compliant, fair processes.
• Strengthen engagement, communication and retention for site-based and shift employees.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning and HR Operations to align priorities.
