STACK Infrastructure in Italy is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead client fit-out projects across hyperscale data center environments in the EMEA region. You will provide leadership and strategic direction across telecom, data hall, ancillary, and security fit-outs, ensuring safe and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

As the primary client interface, you will coordinate internal teams, implementation engineers, construction partners, and vendors while tracking

Competenze

• Experience managing client fit-out or technical implementation projects in data centers or hyperscale environments.
• Strong project management skills including schedule, cost and risk management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across design, construction, and operations.
• Familiarity with hyperscaler standards, safety requirements, and commissioning/acceptance processes.
• PM certifications (PMP or Prince2) preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client fit-out projects across Telecom, Data Hall, and Security.
• Coordinate implementation engineers, construction partners, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Oversee NRC budgeting, forecasting and tracking.
• Act as main technical interface between clients and internal teams.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality project handover.
