STACK Infrastructure seeks a seasoned Critical Operations Manager to oversee data center maintenance and operations in Italy. You will lead the Critical Operations team, ensuring safety, reliability, and high-quality service delivery while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong safety knowledge, and fluency in Italian with good English. You will work on-site in a fast-growing European platform with opportunities for professional

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance activities within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and the correct use of PPE.
• Good interpersonal and team management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and good command of written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Lead critical operations activities for the Data Center, ensuring safe and continuous operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and manage the Critical Operations team.
• Monitor site operations through BMS and PMS platforms.
• Manage routine activities on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure timely and effective responses to customer and user needs.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including RCA, SOP, MOP, EOP, and reports.
