Haier Europe is seeking a DT Business Analyst Supply Chain – Aftersales in Brugherio to drive digital transformation across the Aftersales and SCM landscape. You will collect requirements, validate processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value quickly.

You will act as project lead on streams, support testing, and engage with DT partners and external vendors, ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery while maintaining operations.

Competenze

• Experience or knowledge of main supply chain processes.
• Basic know-how on end-to-end supply chain processes and integration with Sales, Logistics and Finance.
• Proven experience with external planning systems and vendor portal collaboration.

Mansioni

• Collect and analyze business requirements for Supply Chain – Aftersales.
• Support users in formalizing requirements, designing DT-driven processes and solutions.
• Lead specific project tasks/streams, monitor progress, train and support production operations.
• Support testing of new functionalities and enhancements with AMS coordination.
• Interact with DT, other areas, and external partners to deliver timely, cost-efficient solutions.
