Visualplex Srl is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Deputy Department Manager to oversee project coordination, feasibility studies, and production cost analysis. You will lead production processes and leverage eco-solvent, UV, and water-based inks across rigid and flexible substrates.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, plus a background in graphic design/printing. A permanent contract is offered with salary determined by experience.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Graphic Arts preferred.
• Previous experience in the graphics/printing industry is required.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle required.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate department activities, including project management and HR coordination.
• Conduct project feasibility studies based on input from Project Managers.
• Analyze production costs and develop multiple production options.
• Manage production processes with ongoing quality, deadline, and cost oversight.
• Apply knowledge of materials and digital printing technologies for substrates and inks.
• Oversee pre-press/finishing, cutting, milling, creasing, and post-printing applications.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager / Deputy Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the department’s activities, including project management and human resources coordination
• Conducting project feasibility studies based on projects received from the Project Managers responsible for client relationships
• Production cost analysis and development of multiple possible production solutions
• Managing the production process, with continuous monitoring of progress in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs through to project completion
• Excellent knowledge of materials and digital printing technologies for rigid and flexible substrates, using eco-solvent, UV, and water-based inks
• Knowledge of pre-press/finishing operations, including cutting, milling, and creasing, as well as post-printing operations, such as applications on various surfaces

Education

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Graphic Arts preferred

Software Skills

• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – Must-have
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D will be considered a strong advantage

Requirements

• Previous experience in the industry is required
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle required
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and punctuality
