Electrolux Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to influence media strategy and campaign performance in Italy. Based in Assago, you will collaborate with D2C, E-commerce, and external agencies to drive awareness and conversions for Electrolux and AEG brands.

You will manage media plans, optimize Google, TikTok, and Meta campaigns, and contribute to affiliate programs. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with Spanish/French as a plus.

Competenze

• Solid experience in digital marketing, media strategy and execution, media plans management and knowledge of media landscape and media metrics.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Manager, TikTok is required.
• Familiarity with affiliate programs is a plus (like AWIN or TradeDoubler).
• Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish and/or French are considered as a plus.

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team! This is a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to influence Electrolux and AEG media strategy and performance in Italy for both awareness and conversion media campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team, D2C and E-commerce teams to execute impactful campaigns and drive measurable results, as well as with external media agency and Stockholm HQ.

The role is based in Assago.

What you’ll do:

• Development and execution of annual media strategies for both Electrolux and AEG brands across awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of media planning, execution, processes, and budgets to ensure campaign effectiveness and business growth.
• Assist in the execution and optimization of Google Search and Display campaigns & Pmax to drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Assist in the execution and optimization of social media campaigns on TikTok and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
• Assist in the execution and optimization of Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Brand, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, DSP Programmatic Linkin and Linkout)
• Support the execution and monitoring of affiliate marketing campaigns with the primary goal of driving sales.
• Drive regular analysis of campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Who you are:

• Solid experience in digital marketing, media strategy and execution, media plans management and knowledge of media landscape and media metrics.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Manager, TikTok is required.
• Familiarity with affiliate programs is a plus (like AWIN or TradeDoubler).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams and media agency.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English. Spanish and/or French are considered as a plus.

The annual gross base salary starts from € 37,500.00, depending on qualifications and experience. The role is covered by the Italian Metalworkers’ National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNLMetalmeccanici).
