Job summary

Henkel is seeking a marketing/communication graduate to support digital activities, social media, and content creation for professional haircare brands. You will coordinate with agencies and clients, craft engaging content, and help manage newsletters from international material.

A hybrid work model and international growth opportunities await, with emphasis on reliability, proactivity, and language skills.

Qualifications

Marketing/Communication/Business degree required.
First experiences in digital marketing, especially social media and content creation.
Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
Good knowledge of MS Office; copywriting and content creation skills (Capcut, Inshot).
Reliable with strong self-organization and project management.
Interest in beauty and haircare industries; proactive and eager to learn.
Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Adobe XD, Lightroom, Adobe Experience Cloud.
Basic knowledge of Facebook Business Manager.

Responsibilities

Assist planning and development of digital activities and social media campaigns.
Create, edit and refine photo/video content per brand guidelines.
Manage social media communities for professional haircare brands.
Create and distribute local newsletters from international content.
Support content productions, events, and website feature improvements.
Collaborate with PR agencies; adapt press releases and run advertising plans.
