Job summary

Henkel is seeking a marketing/communication graduate to support digital activities, social media, and content creation for professional haircare brands. You will coordinate with agencies and clients, craft engaging content, and help manage newsletters from international material.

Qualifications

• Marketing/Communication/Business degree required.
• First experiences in digital marketing, especially social media and content creation.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; copywriting and content creation skills (Capcut, Inshot).
• Reliable with strong self-organization and project management.
• Interest in beauty and haircare industries; proactive and eager to learn.
• Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Adobe XD, Lightroom, Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Business Manager.

Responsibilities

What You´ll Do

• Assisting with the planning and development of digital activities and social media campaigns, coordinating with agencies, clients, and other service providers
• Creating, editing, and refining photo and video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and content objectives
• Managing social media communities for various professional haircare brands
• Creating, adapting, and distributing local newsletters based on international content
• Supporting the planning and development of content productions and events
• Supporting the implementation and optimization of website features
• Assisting clients and internal teams in executing a variety of digital marketing activities
• Collaborating with PR agencies and magazines, adapting press releases, and implementing PR and advertising plans

• Marketing/Communication/Business degree
• First experiences in the field of digital marketing, particularly with social media & content creation
• Fluent English language skills are required, knowledge in additional European language(s) is beneficial
• Good: knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word); copywriting and content creation skills (e.g. Capcut, Inshot)
• Reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently.
