Job summary

Henkel is seeking a digital marketing one to join our team in Milan, supporting social media campaigns, content production, and PR activities. The role emphasizes collaboration with agencies and internal teams to deliver aligned, engaging content across channels.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing/Communication/Business, practical digital marketing experience, and strong English; knowledge of Canva, Capcut, and related tools is a plus. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Marketing/Communication/Business degree.
• Experience in digital marketing, especially with social media & content creation.
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional European languages beneficial.
• MS Office knowledge; copywriting and content creation skills (Capcut, Inshot).
• Reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently.
• Strong interest in the beauty and haircare industry.
• Proactiveness and willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Canva, Adobe XD, Lightroom, Adobe Experience Cloud expertise.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Business Manager.

• Creating, editing, and refining photo and video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and content objectives.
• Managing social media communities for various professional haircare brands.
• Creating, adapting, and distributing local newsletters based on international content.
• Supporting planning and development of content productions and events.
• Supporting implementation and optimization of website features.
• Assisting clients and internal teams in executing various digital marketing activities.
• Collaborating with PR agencies and magazines, adapting press releases and implementing PR/advertising plans.

• First experiences in the field of digital marketing, particularly with social media & content creation
• Fluent English language skills are required, knowledge in additional European language(s) is beneficial
• Good: knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word); copywriting and content creation skills (e.g. Capcut, Inshot)
• Reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently.
