Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive, via Hill's Pet Nutrition, offers a 6‑month curricular internship in Rome within the Digital Engagement area. You’ll join our ODG Digital Engagement team to gain high-visibility experience in the Digital FMCG space.

You’ll work on CRM and lifecycle marketing tasks, help manage website CMS updates, support content for campaigns and events, assist the Italian market helpline, and track performance to help optimize digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience: internship or project in Marketing with launches or campaigns.
• Digital savvy: basic CRM know-how, CMS navigation (AEM, SFMC, JIRA, Shopify).
• Analytical mindset: comfortable with numbers and metrics.
• Soft skills: entrepreneurial self-starter with cross-cultural collaboration.
• Maturity & autonomy: able to work independently and identify gaps.
• High-level English: fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: lead email marketing tracks, automation workflows, and acquisition campaigns.
• Website management: CMS updates, back-office troubleshooting, Jira tickets for catalog/SKU updates, UAT support.
• Content & Event Support: produce content, transcreation, and assets for events and webinars.
• Helpline Management: be the primary Italian market contact for digital platform queries.
• Data & Optimization: maintain performance reporting and provide actionable insights.
