Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry and is building an OS for dental offices worldwide. The Launch Trainer will guide new practices through onboarding sessions—both virtual and on-site—to build confidence in digital dentistry and adoption of Dandy's platform.

This role includes up to 20% travel for in-practice training and ongoing coaching to optimize scan quality, workflows, and feature usage, collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.
• Clear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new practices through onboarding, helping them ramp up quickly and effectively.
• Deliver engaging training sessions virtually and on-site, tailored to practice learning styles and structure.
• Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows with hands-on coaching.
• Build credibility and clinical trust to drive adoption and milestones from day one.
• Coach post-launch to refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey.
