Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with a modern operating system for dental offices. We seek Launch Trainers to guide practices through onboarding, deliver engaging virtual and on-site training, and coach ongoing adoption of digital workflows and scan protocols.

You will help practices ramp quickly, monitor scan quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).
Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
Excellent teaching and facilitation skills— able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.

Responsibilities

Lead live training and onboarding for new practices, via virtual and on-site sessions.
Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows with hands-on coaching.
Provide ongoing coaching to improve workflows, adoption, and scan quality.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to enhance the customer journey.
