Dandy is seeking Launch Trainers to deliver world-class onboarding for dental practices, guiding virtual and in-person trainings and building confidence in digital workflows. You’ll empower clinicians to adopt our dental OS with hands-on coaching and practical demonstrations.

You’ll travel up to 20% to in-practice sessions, partner with Customer Success, Product, and Support, and measure outcomes to ensure rapid, sustained adoption across diverse practices worldwide.

About the Role

Launch Trainers are essential to delivering a world-class onboarding experience at Dandy. You’ll guide new dental practices through engaging training sessions—both virtual and in-person to build confidence and excitement around digital dentistry. Beyond initial onboarding, you’ll continue coaching practices on scan quality, ordering workflows, and feature adoption to ensure long-term success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role for someone who loves teaching, building trust, and driving measurable outcomes.

This role includes up to 20% travel for in-practice training and support.

What You’ll Do
