Dandy is expanding its global reach by building the operating system for dental offices, and we are hiring Launch Trainers to deliver world-class onboarding to new practices through virtual and in-person sessions.

You will coach on scan quality, workflows, and feature adoption, drive early milestones, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey.

Competenze

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical tech.
• Hands-on intraoral scanning knowledge.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills.
• Strong virtual presentation and communication.
• Customer-first mindset with remote trust-building.
• Organized with a track record of owning outcomes.

Mansioni

• Lead new practices through onboarding and ramp them up quickly and effectively.
• Deliver engaging training sessions virtually and on-site, tailored to learners.
• Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Build credibility and clinical trust to drive early adoption.
• Take ownership of launches and ensure key milestones are met.
• Coach post-launch to refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers.
• Monitor scan quality and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Identify gaps in product usage and deliver targeted follow-ups.
• Conduct First Case Monitoring sessions to reinforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the journey.
• Celebrate early wins to build confidence and momentum.
