Key Responsibilities

  1. CRM Campaign Management: Oversee and manage the implementation of CRM marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the company's planning, business objectives, and local market needs.
  2. Collaboration with Headquarters: Interact with headquarters to ensure alignment of CRM strategies and initiatives globally with local market needs and peculiarities.
  3. Local Strategy Development: Provide strategic support to the local client in implementing targeted CRM initiatives, considering the dynamics and specifics of the local automotive market.
  4. Operational Client Interface: Act as the primary consultancy and operational contact for the local client, managing communications and relationships effectively and proactively.
  5. Industry Experience: Possess experience in the automotive or lead management-oriented industry, with in-depth knowledge of market dynamics, trends, and best practices in the sector.

Requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
