Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Digital Commerce Leader to define and drive the digital strategy across our eCommerce platforms. You will lead the Digital Store Traders and Assistants team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while prioritizing capability development and strong customer experience.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Content teams to craft campaigns and promotions aligned with business goals, while analyzing performance data to uncover growth

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• 5+ years in a digital environment (multi-channel), online sales, retail/merchandising, and eCommerce trading.
• Experience managing people and structured teams in international environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-market collaboration skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with knowledge of digital KPIs (Conversion Rate, Session/Bounce Rate, CTR).
• Proficient in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Tableau, Excel and related tools.
• Native Italian and fluent English.

• Define and lead the digital commercial strategy to maximize sales and performance across eCommerce platforms.
• Coordinate the Digital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team, managing daily activities and capability development.
• Oversee daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring commercial freshness and strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Content to develop campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Share best practices with local and international stakeholders to foster alignment and acceleration of the digital business.
• Drive long-term expansion of the online channel through new opportunities and omnichannel strategy.
