PVH Italy is seeking a Design Studio Intern to join our team in Milan starting from July/September. This role involves supporting the Head Designer throughout the design process, assisting in sketch and technical drawing creation, and maintaining design boards.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Italian and English, have a degree in fashion design, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Starting from July/September, Stone Island is looking for a Design Studio Intern to join our team in Milan.

The Role

Design Studio Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Designer throughout the design process, including research and concept development.
• Assist in the creation of sketches and technical drawings, focusing on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Maintain and continuously update physical boards with sketches, drawings and development notes, ensuring alignment during review meetings.
• Support fitting preparation and organization.
• Prepare garments for development and fitting sessions by pinning and marking pieces according to received notes, ensuring correct execution of adjustments and accurate translation of design intent.
• Collaborate closely with pattern makers, product development and production teams to ensure consistency between design vision and final output.
• Support day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks within the design studio and prepare clear and structured reports following meetings, summarizing feedback, comments and action points.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in fashion design or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with AI tools for visual rendering and concept development is a strong plus.
