Stone Island in Milan, Italy seeks a Copywriter with sharp editorial judgement and strong copywriting skills to join our global headquarters. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with Content, Creative, and Merchandising teams, and craft copy that reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic across channels.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience in luxury fashion copywriting, portfolio samples, and the ability to follow brand guidelines while meeting deadlines.

The Role: Copywriter

We are looking for a Copywriter to join us in our Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. Someone with strong editorial judgement, sharp copywriting skills and the ability to manage simultaneous projects within a rapidly evolving environment.

Your Impact

Responsibilities

• Write copy based on the brand’s tone of voice taking into account Stone Island's internal and external audience segments.
• Collaborate with Content and Creative Team to develop creative concepts and write copy that embraces the brand's values and aesthetic vision.
• Work cross-functionally to create copy for a variety of platforms for the same project/collection.
• Collaborate with the merchandising teams in naming products and collections.
• Monitor the performance of the content through the channels and optimize the success of the resulting copy in marketing activities.
• Establish and maintain overall tone of voice and proof-read content for approval.

Qualifications

• English native speaker. Strong written and oral communication skills.
• International candidates and international experience are highly appreciated.
• 4-5 years of experience of writing and editing engaging copy within the luxury fashion sector.
• Exceptional research, writing and proofreading skills (portfolio of examples will be required)
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple teams
• Ability to follow and flex brand guidelines, brand voice, and tone
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, writing, journalism, or other relevant degree
• Highly proficient in Keynote, Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• A knowledge of and interest in the luxury sector, fashion history and trends
• Open to considering candidates based in London as well.

• Compensation package range: from 45.000 to 55.000 € gross.
