ROBINSON Apulia in Italy is seeking a Deputy Family Manager (m/f/d) to design and run the daily children's programme, coordinate activities from story time to sports, and assist with the children's show.

You will live in club accommodation, enjoy full board, and support families while ensuring children's safety and well-being; a flexible, team-oriented mindset and basic English are desirable. Start from April 2027 in Apulia.

For your new job as a deputy family manager (m/f/d), you should bring your passion and the following:

• Educational training, e.g. as qualified childcare worker or experience in the recreational field for children and adolescents (au pair, boyscout leader, trainer at a sports club, etc.)
• Ideally first experience in team leadership
• Enthusiasm for working and interacting with children
• Good English-language skills are desirable
• Resilience, flexibility and willingness to embrace new challenges
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Flexibility and a willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months
